I’ve spent over 38 years in the financial services industry, building my expertise and helping businesses succeed.

 

My career highlights include leading a scale sale to Old Mutual Wealth and seeing it culminate in the flotation of Quilter PLC - a journey I’m incredibly proud of.

But I wasn’t ready to hang up my boots. Instead, I set up GSC to focus on what I do best: helping financial advisory businesses prepare for sale or succession and supporting acquiring businesses to structure and grow their purchases.

Along the way, I’ve made it my mission to connect the right people with the right organisations, ensuring a perfect fit for long-term success.

At GSC, I work closely with 21 financially secure purchasers, ranging from multi-billion-pound corporations to established and trusted IFA organisations. These aren’t just buyers - they’re partners who share a core value: putting the end client at the heart of everything they do.
